Competitor Landscape Analysis
Project Description : Competitor Landscape Analysis Welcome to Enviro Integration Strategies! We are thrilled to present an opportunity for talented students to support the effective positioning of our innovative software product, CI-RiskDB, a risk evaluation and governance platform for geo-infrastructure. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to research our market for competitors, both primary and secondary, to map out where our services overlap or are related, as well as identify key unique features we provide that the others do not. We have done some work on this before and have a good starting point, but it requires updates as the existing information per competitor is limited, some have pivoted their offerings, and there are new players on the market now. We are looking to use this information to clarify our unique value proposition, and the "why pick us!" out of the landscape of offerings in our space, but also show our potential investors that we have done our homework to know what else is out there, who we are competing against, and who we may be able to collaborate with, via integrations between platforms. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks. As such, we are open to a team approach to performing the research within the designated time.

CRM Consolidation and Sales Pipeline Setup
Enviro Integration Strategies Inc. is seeking to streamline its client management processes by consolidating multiple client and contact lists into a single, efficient CRM system. The current setup involves disparate lists and fragmented information currently stored in spreadsheets and text documents, leading to inefficiencies and potential data gaps. The goal of this project is to create a unified CRM database that integrates all existing client information, ensuring data completeness and accuracy. Additionally, the project aims to establish well-defined sales pipeline stages tailored to two distinct revenue streams. This will enable the company to better track sales progress and prioritize efforts for key clients. The project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of data management, CRM systems, and sales processes in a practical setting.

Geotechnical Failures and Market Analysis in the Mining Sector
This project aims to provide Enviro Integration Strategies Inc. with comprehensive market intelligence regarding geotechnical infrastructure failures in the mining industry over the past 5 to 10 years. The project will focus on identifying and analyzing incidents where mining companies were responsible for infrastructure failures, detailing the material impacts on the companies, the environment, and the affected communities. Additionally, the project will compile a list of major mining companies, categorized by market capitalization, headquarters location, commodities, and the status of their operations, including active, closed, and those under care and maintenance. By synthesizing this information, the project seeks to offer insights into the patterns and consequences of infrastructure failures, as well as the current landscape of major players in the mining industry.

Competitor Analysis
Project Description : Competitor Analysis Welcome to Enviro Integration Strategies! We are thrilled to present an opportunity for talented students to support the effective positioning of our innovative software product, CI-RiskDB, a risk evaluation and governance platform for geo-infrastructure. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to research our market for competitors, both primary and secondary, to understand their revenue models and price-ranges/points, to ensure that we are not under- or over-pricing compared to our competition. We have done some work on this before and have a few starting points, but it requires updates as the existing information per competitor is limited, some have pivoted their offerings, and there are new players on the market now. We have a list of known competitors in the market, and can assist with identifying the types of platforms we would otherwise offer similar/equivalent outcomes to, to help broaden the list of softwares to compare against. Please note, while we are open to various forms of data analyses, AI/GPT tools, and such, some of this research may require calling these organizations directly to obtain information. We want students to feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks. As such, we are open to a team approach to performing the research within the designated time.
