Community Highlights Design Project
The main goal for the project is to use CANVA to design community highlights featuring unique community features in Hamilton, Barrie, and the GTA. This will require drafting captions to summarize the community features, researching appropriate hashtags to include in each community feature, and researching the appropriate tags to include. The project also requires excellent Canva design skills as well as excellent writing skills to describe the community features. Knowledge of GTA, Hamilton, and Barrie will be an asset to know which community features to focus on in each of those regions.

Excellence Quotes Project
The goal of this project is to find 24 quotes on “excellence” and provide full citation of where you found the quote. Also draft a caption summarizing the significance of the quote. Remember these quotes will be featured on our property management social media, so (whenever possible) incorporate a few sentences on who the quote relates to excellence in business / property managment business.
Local Business Feature Project
The goal of this project is to find local businesses in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas to feature. The focus should be on businesses related to the month, such as pumpkin patches or other October-related themes. Women-owned businesses and businesses from diverse groups should be included in the search process. The project should create a list of 24 businesses to feature and draft 4-5 paragraphs on what makes them worthy of featuring. Links to the businesses should also be provided. Note, the business features can also include online business BUT there should be a clear category distinction to show which businesses are online VS ones with physical locals.

The goal of this project is to find engaging statistics about Canadian real estate investing and property management. This will be a typical real estate property feature video so that prospective tenants to watch this video instead of viewing the building in person. we also have 14 videos that need to be worked on to better tell a story of each unit that is featured in the unit. This project can lead to the creation of more content and Reels moving forward. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Our organization wants to create a simple voice over using our existing completed reels ( 12 in total). We would like to collaborate with students who can clearly read the captions in the reels (all reels have captions in theme) and program in nice music to play in the background of those voice over reels. We are looking for assistance with taking our existing power point slides to make them into an interactive presentation meaning: 1. making a pre-recording of the presenter reading through all slides while charts/graphs/stats are displayed on the screen 2. Real Estate Report on Housing Crisis in Ontario and illustrate in graphs
We are looking for research on the housing crisis in Ontario to present that information in the form of a summary (1 page report) and several charts to show the findings so that the information can be used to present the housing problem in Ontario to a panel of experts. The report must have solutions based on how our property management can respond to that problem by offering a number of creative housing options we have.
