This was our third project with Ambreen, and she continues to impress and amaze! This was another project that required broad research (analytical) and creative thinking. With a deep understanding of our startup's values and mission, Ambreen helped us solidify our marketing funnel strategy for two main niche customer segments. She outlined the phases and worked with the broader team to define and plan out specific assets to be created, including those for our email marketing strategy. We look forward to working with Ambreen more in the near future.

This was our second project working with Ambreen. Ambreen is a joy to work with. She has the ability to be both analytical and empathetic/creative - an incredibly valuable combination for marketing strategy - so we were able to design a "part 2" project that further leveraged and developed these skills. She is dependable and responsible which is important for an asynchronous and remote team. She always goes above and beyond our expectations and we learn a lot of insights from her, applicable specifically to our company's marketing strategy. Her quality of work is excellent and she thrives with complex problems.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We want to expand our online training offering using a tool that's new to us, BrightSpace. We have delivered our training offerings in-person and with a live instructor on Teams/Zoom, but we believe there's an opportunity to build many of our courses without a live instructor. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new offering. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. What is our target market? How do we position the training (and our company)? 2. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, create relevance, acquire customers, and defend any early success? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How can we organize our marketing around a "trigger" that creates urgency and makes timing for the offer perfect? PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: Students at Accelerate Her Future will be provided with an opportunity to support digital marketing need for the organization, our upcoming summit and fellowship program including creating captions, creating interview guides for blogs, editing blogs, and write content highlighting recent research focused on gender and racial equity as well as state of women in the workplace. This engagement will give interns an opportunity to work with a dynamic team within a very collaborative environment. The students will be exposed to a variety of skills and experiences to enhance their knowledge of digital marketing, communication, and content creation. We are a young startup and as a career accelerator for students and recent graduates we care deeply about mentorship. We will help our students succeed as much as we want them to help us enhance our digital footprint. We are looking for students who have creative vision, tenacity, drive, and see possibilities in all things and who thrive at developing creating digital copy and content for social and web. While we are value experts we lack digital marketing prowess, we are looking for a team to help us develop a social marketing strategy and implement the tools to make it work. Part of the scope of work includes developing a lead magnet, capturing leads into a CRM system and setting up an automatic nurturing campaign to keep our firm top of mind when a value triggering even takes place.
