Sales & Operation Improvement
To improve sales and operational performance by conducting activities to enhance all possible areas according to our developed strategic plan. By the end of project, business will have an improved sales & operation efficiencies. For example, faster communication response, reduced sales process, etc.
Internship Opportunity: Marketing Research
The primary focus for the student will be: Get the first adoption customers via signing up for the trial app. (Parents or School) Get feedback about the productβs features and terms of price. Offering incentives to customers and target audience. Recommend changes to the prototype or market segmentation.
Content Creation
The main goal of this project is to help support with the content creation for Real Adulting 101. This may look like supporting with the development of a course (needs to have specific training in that course topic), or with the development of our Student Life 101 or our Guided Cohorts Development.
