We want students to help us build a 1year very detailed marketing strategy and plan with milestones to engage our target markets. Demographic: Commercial (multi-family, class A office, Warehouse/Industrial, property management companies, tenant finish, small school districts, small medical offices, Banking, Public Sector, Retail) General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Architects & Engineers new construction, new install, takeover/upgrade Residential homeowners with a credit score of 650+ that value a pro-install, pro-design, and a smart home solution with the possibility of adding cameras Geographic: Within 1 hour and a half of the Watchmen office Psychographic: Relationship driven, Value technology Solutions (it is important to them; can access it on their phone; it works), Value Strategic Partnership, appreciate quality service, understand they get what they pay for, find value in owning/having a security system, willing to sign our agreement/our terms, takes care of their property. Will want a timeline detailed out using digital marketing to drive awareness and leads for our sales department to close. Would like a flywheel approach/ a marketing machine that we can put into effect and get 80% of the same results every time.
Competitive Analysis Complete a SWOT for Local and Regional
It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. How do we stay ahead of the competition and dominate in our space? What are people looking for? The main Pain? Develop a SWOT Analysis. Our Passion is to Influence and industry, Be the Best, and Influence Peoples Lives. This project will include: Identification of our current competitors Identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry that may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research.
