- General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Architects & Engineers
- new construction, new install, takeover/upgrade
- Residential homeowners with a credit score of 650+ that value a pro-install, pro-design, and a smart home solution with the possibility of adding cameras
Geographic: Within 1 hour and a half of the Watchmen office
Psychographic: Relationship driven, Value technology Solutions (it is important to them; can access it on their phone; it works), Value Strategic Partnership, appreciate quality service, understand they get what they pay for, find value in owning/having a security system, willing to sign our agreement/our terms, takes care of their property.
Will want a timeline detailed out using digital marketing to drive awareness and leads for our sales department to close. Would like a flywheel approach/ a marketing machine that we can put into effect and get 80% of the same results every time.
