Requirements
Based on the information that you provide, students will develop a comprehensive data-driven report and presentation to addresses the opportunities and threats surrounding your brand. You will be provided with strategic and tactical recommendations to help you create, advance, or maintain your brand presence and market position.
Project examples include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing your competitive landscape to identify top competitors in your space.
- Developing a plan to accurately define your organization's brand and market position in your industry.
- Helping you define your organization's core value proposition.
- Determining how your organization is perceived by different market segments. Identify interesting and insightful segment needs and desires.
- Understanding the market opportunities and threats currently facing your organization.
- Assessing where and how to improve your market presence.
- Creating a strategy to differentiate your organization from competitors.
