We also run Leaderboard Coffee (an international coffee game), Matchmaker Coffee (a personalized coffee subscription), This Coffee Co. (our small-batch roastery), and a B2B cafe supplies distribution company.

The goal of this project is to research and build out email flow campaigns for The Roasters Pack, an ecommerce company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the company's customer base and their preferences. - Developing a strategy for email campaigns that will target different customer segments. - Creating email templates that will be used for the campaigns. - Testing the campaigns and making improvements based on customer feedback. - Researching and implementing best practices for email marketing.
Shopify Website Speed Optimization Project
The main goal for the project is to deep dive into The Roasters Pack's Shopify store website code and improve the website speed. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current website code and identifying areas that are impacting the website speed. - Implementing code optimizations to improve website loading times. - Testing the website speed after each optimization to measure the impact. - Researching best practices for Shopify website speed optimization. - Providing recommendations for long-term maintenance of website speed.
Research and Development of New Advertising Creatives for The Roasters Pack
The main goal of this project is to research and develop new advertising creatives for The Roasters Pack's Facebook advertising. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the current market and understanding the target audience of The Roasters Pack. - Analyzing the current advertising creatives used by The Roasters Pack. - Analyzing the current advertising creatives used by other similar direct to consumer brands for effective creative. - Developing new advertising creatives that are tailored to the target audience. - Making improvements based on the feedback and advertising results
Shipping Spend Analysis Project
The goal of this project is to analyze our shipping spend, shipping refunds and trends with the goal of cost reduction. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing our existing data related to shipping spend, shipping refunds and trends. - Developing a cost reduction strategy based on the data analysis. - Identifying areas for improvement in our shipping process. - Researching other variables that can reduce our shipping costs. - Accounting for additional variables in the cost reduction strategy. - Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.
