Leo Charter Services is a start-up company that I learned a lot about. My employer was very passionate and determined about her work and was very kind, easy-going, and understanding. This helped me a lot because I felt welcomed and very comfortable working with her and others. Initially, I came into this with no experience and only knowledge to some extent. However, I am leaving with much more knowledge and experience and that is because I was taught a lot throughout this experience. My employer and co-worker were always helpful and understanding which led me to feel comfortable asking questions and learning from them. Overall, I believe that we all learned something new from each other and gained more knowledge about each other's fields through this experience. If I have the chance to work with them again, I would be very excited.
