Develop Brand New Website for Logistics Company
Positions available: 1-2 We would like a new website for our organization. MagicLogic is a small company but we deal with very large international clients, so your work will be seen by some of the biggest and best known companies in the world. Content and a site map can be provided but we are keeping an open mind as to its design. Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline. Build a fully-functioning website. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site. Improve the SEO We can provide IT support to help set up a server and any platform that is found to be suitable. There are two positions available for this project at 80 hours each.

The primary project requirements include: Social Media & SEO Strategy Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization and target audiences A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization(s) appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social Media Strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok to increase the number of followers/likes and shares Content Creation Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site(s) Create engaging content for social media channels and blog to include visual and written materials, captions, and hashtags Working with tools and programs such as Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, Asana, Slack, Canva, Divi(WordPress) and Later Strategy Analysis Analyze and track traffic and other metrics using Google Analytics Submit weekly traffic and social media statistics Create a final summary showing the impact of their strategy over the course of their internship I am excited to work with students who are looking for more experience in building and implementing a digital marketing strategy that: Raises awareness of the Un-Wedding Movement, empowering engaged couples to do away with the tired wedding formula and have the weddings they want with the people who mean the most to them Helps make YPF Weddings & Co. and Intimate Wed Pop-Ups rank as the best small wedding options in Edmonton, the Province of Alberta and the Rocky Mountains. This is a great project for students who are looking to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.

55 Rush Research Intern
Student Life Network has the best perks for Canadian students, all in one place - tuition giveaways, scholarships, student resources, deals and more! This year alone, SLN will give away over $200,000 in prizing & scholarships, including Canada's Luckiest Student, where one student will win a life-changing prize bundle worth over $50,000. To continue to communicate the right information at the right time to students at Colleges & Universities across Canada, we want to track the important dates for students like tuition deadlines, first/last day of classes, reading weeks, etc. For yconic & SLN, we are also interested to learn about student, parent, guidance counsellors & principal conferences/events that we should participate as a vendor or promote. For Canada's Newcomer's Network, we would like research on settlement organizations & events so we can share it with our members; and baby/parent shows to share with Parent Life Network members.
