Job Sector Research and Analysis

Our primary clients are organizations which receive government funding for their work. This often times places us in a difficult position as we wait for them to learn if they have received funding or not, and as they do the work of fitting everything inside their tight funding limits. What we would like to do instead is build partnerships with the funders directly (primarily government of Canada), but in order to do that we need to make a solid case for our service. What we are looking for is students who can helps us provide a research report on - market trends as they relate to our product (soft skill development in the skilled trades employability and employment sector) - stats and research on the benefit and success of soft skills in employability and job retention - current government trends, bodies, groups, committees and funders in the areas of employment skill development, workforce development or talent development

Market Expansion Research

We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we have begun to expand our market within an area where we have had a lot of success. We are looking to grow to the next level by better understanding this market, key players, key problems and key players. So that we can increase the number of contracts and revenue through the delivery of a workshop which we have successfully implemented with few clients. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. To consider: which markets align with our current one? Where are the best clients that we have yet to reach? What is the main problem this market and potential clients are facing? What are the pros and cons to expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist and how do we differ? What legal protocol will need to be considered?
