We desire to have a mobile app so that people who struggle with illness and high medication costs can easily search our medications and prices and be connected to our website to enroll and order medications. We are seeking a group of students to identify key areas of our website that might translate to a mobile application and then design a mobile application based on our patient's needs

Rx Outreach , a non-profit digital pharmacy, has limited capacity and needs to improve our marketing so that people who struggle with illness and poverty can find our services and more easily order their medications. Our mission to provide free and affordable medication to uninsured and underinsured people earning less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. Since 2010 Rx Outreach has tried to keep our affordable medication program as simple as possible but there are now many more online pharmacies that we are competing with for patients. We would like a group of students to conduct a market assessment, identify potential areas of focus, and create a detailed marketing action plan. Summary: As a non-profit organization, it's difficult for us to compete with larger, well-funded online pharmacies. We seek an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) team to help us reach uninsured and under-insured people and those who help them (caretakers, social workers, and patient advocates) so that they can utilize our services. This project is complimentary to our proposed website project on Riipen (yes, we know that our website needs LOTS of improvement) We’re excited to work with students who can help us to better reach and serve people in need. However, over the years our website has become cluttered and needs data-backed re-designs and enhancements to reflect an updated style and more intuitively help people to enroll and order their medications We would like a group of students to review our website and help optimize and improve its functionality and appeal.
