Project Goal This project aims to automate key operational processes within MVT+ by developing robust reporting tools that minimize manual entry and reduce errors in transaction logging, payroll reporting, and KPI tracking. By leveraging data integration between JaneApp, Clover POS, and other internal systems, these solutions will enhance accuracy, save time, and improve the efficiency of administrative tasks related to financial and performance reporting. Key Objectives: Automate Transaction Logging : Develop a system that identifies unlogged transactions in JaneApp and cross-references them with Clover POS and other payment records to ensure completeness in end-of-day balances, accounting, and payroll reporting. Streamline Payroll Reporting : Create an automated report that consolidates data from JaneApp to calculate total payments owed to self-employed therapists, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. Automate KPI Tracking and Visualization : Design a reporting tool that allows for easy data import and automatically cleans, organizes, and visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights without extensive manual data processing.
Optimize MVT+'s Marketing : A Real-World Marketing Implementation Project
The primary goal of this project is to amplify MVT+'s digital presence and engage more deeply with the local community through strategic marketing. Students will collaborate with MVT+ to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that not only increases visibility and traffic to MVT+’s website but also strengthens the brand's connection to its core audience of young, active professionals. The project will involve tasks such as creating a content calendar, managing targeted ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media, analyzing the effectiveness of different marketing strategies, and suggesting improvements based on data-driven insights. This will provide students with valuable, hands-on experience in real-world digital marketing, while directly contributing to MVT+'s growth and outreach objectives.
Digital Marketing Strategy for M4M Wellness Products Launch
The goal of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the launch of M4M, a sub-brand of MVT+ focused on wellness products. The product line includes a foam roller set, resistance bands, a yoga mat, and a massage ball. Learners will engage in strategic planning, content creation, and campaign management across various digital channels to build brand awareness and drive online sales. Additionally, the project will support MVT+'s commitment to donate 1% of sales to charity. The project aims to provide learners with hands-on experience in digital marketing, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Integrated Marketing Strategy Development for MVT+: Enhancing Local Engagement and Service Visibility
MVT+ aims to enhance its presence within the local community, increase customer retention, and drive new client acquisition through a multifaceted marketing strategy. The project involves creating and implementing strategies for referral programs, gift cards, service packages, and targeted discount initiatives. Additionally, learners will focus on digital marketing aspects, including Google PPC, Meta Ads, email marketing, and advanced analytics setup. The goal is to ensure that MVT+ effectively reaches its target audience and converts leads into loyal customers. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in marketing, digital advertising, and data analytics to a real-world scenario.
