Réseau ACCESS Network, a 36-year-old organization, is approaching the end of its current strategic plan in 2025. The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+ support, and healthcare services for People With Lived/Living Experience (PWLLE) and People Who Use Drugs (PWUD). The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan that will guide the organization for the next five years, along with an operational implementation plan to ensure the strategic objectives are actionable and achievable. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of strategic planning, operational management, and social services to create a comprehensive plan that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

Annual Social Media Awareness Campaign for Réseau ACCESS Network
Réseau ACCESS Network is a charity organization dedicated to providing support and services to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. The organization aims to increase awareness and engagement through a well-structured social media campaign. The project involves preparing an annual social media campaign that aligns with key awareness days and events throughout the year. The goal is to create a cohesive and impactful campaign that educates the public, promotes the organization's services, and encourages community involvement. Learners will utilize their knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation to develop a comprehensive plan that can be implemented by Réseau ACCESS Network. Key tasks include: - Work with the agency's annual calendar of events and relevant awareness days. - Developing a content calendar spreadsheet. - Creating engaging social media content and resources (research content, posts, graphics, videos). - Planning and creating post schedules across various social media platforms. - Analyze potential engagement metrics and set goals. Réseau ACCESS Network, a 35-year-old organization, is nearing the end of its current strategic plan in 2025. The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+, PWLLE/PWUD Healthcare, wrap-around services, and holistic supports. The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan along with an operational implementation plan that will guide the organization for the next five years. The plan should address the needs of priority populations including PWLLE, PWUD, Women, Indigenous, and ACB communities. This project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge in strategic planning, healthcare, and community services to create a comprehensive and actionable plan.

Transgender Healthcare Awareness Campaign
The Réseau ACCESS Network aims to address the critical issue of inadequate healthcare services for transgender community members. The project seeks to increase public knowledge and understanding of the healthcare disparities faced by the transgender community. By leveraging social media platforms, the campaign will highlight the urgent need for equitable health coverage and garner support for funding initiatives. The goal is to create a compelling and informative social media campaign that educates the public, engages stakeholders, and drives actionable support for improved healthcare services for transgender individuals.
