Implement Quickbooks for Non Profits in the cloud.
We have acquired QuickBooks for Non-Profits (web-based). We need to establish our accounts with revenue and expense criteria that meet Canada Revenue Agency requirements for non-profits/charities. This version of QuickBooks includes the appropriate categories. We would also like to establish expense tracking via a SmartPhone App. The project could include selecting the App and setting up the tracking. To complete the project we would like a tutorial from the student so that three board members are competent with using QuickBooks.
Sales Research Strategist
Drastic Drinks Inc. is a beverage start-up company with the initial product called Hangover Hack to assist with hangover symptoms. You will be working directly with the CEO/Founder Simmy Sidhu. All of the work for this project will be related to pre-launch research. I would like for you to define a sales strategy, compare sales strategies of competitor companies (sales processes and lead strategies), research distribution channels, and research potential shelf space options. I will also need verbiage created for the website that would entice customers to want to purchase the product. The insights that you provide will help increase conversion rates to drive more sales. The final project deliverables will include: A 15-page report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and an implementation plan.
