Dr. Roisen has more than 18 years in higher education regularly teaching Ethics, Applied Ethics, and Conflict Analysis for the Philosophy Department. She is a certified mediator and Health Care Ethics Consultant with over 10 years of experience. Dr. Roisen trains community mediators and mediates regularly for the Davenport Civil Rights Commission and the Rock Island County Circuit Court.
