As a startup we know we need to be agile, and have a good feel and pulse from people who know what’s happening on the ground! We aim is to use AI for the good of society! FutureCite’s purpose is to empower the 90% of society to transition and thrive in the Next Normal Economy Workforce! Our “one stop, one go” solution simplifies self-navigation – for people to access “best fit” job postings and course postings and for organizations to access “best fit” candidates across all industry sector verticals! Users of our digital services market place include three user categories: Jobseekers & Career Navigators, Employers & Recruiters, and Educators FutureCite’s services marketplace includes free beta subscriptions to Our Story platform (Feature, Focus & Flash) profiles stories of people & organizations going through this digital transformation. Our Career Development and Education Discovery platform (ForwardXYZ™) is an MVP (minimally viable product) on our FutureCite.com services marketplace that navigates you to the best fit career & education opportunities Our Networking CollabCite™platform is an MVP that connects people to mentors and protégés, and enables people to share ideas and participate in events. KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES We are looking for youth perspectives across Canada on what they see as critical to moving forward the future of learning and the future of work. The students will have a chance to hone their communications, analytical and marketing & sales skills through our project. Communications Identify best channels for each network type Develop pitches for team to implement Social Media Use your own social media accounts to share the team’s communications messaging to your networks to let them know about the free service for career development and education pathway discovery, and monitor the responses and feedback to team Marketing & Sales Lead generation and sales pitch to your networks, to recruit users Collect findings and suggestions IDEAL ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES The team (5 people) will determine with FutureCite, the best tools, roles for each member, and determine types of channels for each type of user audience and implement their approaches. Roles for the team include the following. Team members may be asked to participate in a focus group. Communications: 1 role Social Media: 1 role Marketing & Sales: 3 roles Students may focus on the user type where they have the best opportunities & outreach to generate leads and success in recruiting users. They will be able to work as team and individually - to pitch to their networks (e.g. youth, communities, businesses) and to recruit our users (jobseekers, employers, educators). For students interested in media, there may be an opportunity for story interviews or articles. FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES Deliverables from this project will include recruiting participants to our free beta, and developing a final report to include the following: Identify channels, pitches and approaches that worked best successful recruitment of Users Identify Service Features & User Experience suggestions Lead generation list FutureCite has a built in capability to measure the traction of new users online and measures the success rate through our registration, and as well google analytics on our site.

Content Preparation for New Website

Project Summary: The project will be based around gathering all of the content needed for a website upgrade. The sitemap and the content from this project will be used as the basis for the creation of a new website. Project Description: · Make a listing of the types of content needed for the website, including: page content, testimonials, product description, company description, mission statements, vision statement, company values, etc. · Make a listing of all the different pages that exist and all of the different buttons and call to actions · To create an overall sitemap to help identify the relationship between all of the pages · Write out some basic FAQ’s · Organize the content Deliverables: · Written report detailing the items outlined in the project description · PowerPoint outlining the main points of the website content Mentorship and Support: uSuite Technologies will provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails, phone calls, or video calls over the duration of the project. Cheese Maker - Taking our product to the next level

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are ready to take our business to the next level. Presently we only wholesale our product to smaller vendors, but it is time to grow! Our company requires some assistance in assessing our next steps on how do get our product into to some of the larger stores across Canada and the USA . We want to learn more about : Health authority inspection report on our production facility Any other regulatory, third-party or second-party food safety inspection reports Special interest claims certification or justification (organic, allergen free, vegan, Kosher, etc.) Shelf life study to support shelf life claims on your products Samples of product labels.  All product labels must show the following: a common name / product name a list of ingredients and Canadian priority allergen source declaration nutrition facts panel a name and contact information for the person/company responsible for the food, net quantity, a lot code identifier (such as, date of production, best before date, lot number), storage instructions and best before date, if applicable directions for use, if applicable safe cooking instructions. This would also have to look at any insurance requirements including liability: Minimum 2M per occurrence Minimum 30 day cancellation notice KEY PROJECT ACTIVITES: Our specific need is an outline of our Cheese Making Kit's expansion opportunities through an analysis of government requirements to get our product into some the larger stores. This report should include answers to the following questions: Most of our Cheese-Making kits (four of our current five) require a high quality milk to be purchased along with our Kit. 4L of Milk for every batch you make. We will need a breakdown that looks at every ingredient in every kit and what the legalities are in terms of putting these items in a large store. When placing the nutritional facts on the kits, will we need to decide if there needs to be two columns. One column with the addition of milk and one without, like one would see on a cereal box. What is the process difference between Canada and the USA? Would there be an advantage of getting through one system before the other? Could that help us get through this process more quickly? Using the list in the project description, what is the best course of action in terms of order of steps? Thinking about insurance, what are the industry standards on insurance for products going into these larger stores? What are the processes of gaining insurance for the USA and Canada? Costs associated? Lastly, what are the margins expected by these larger stores? If a kit of ours will retail for $50, what would be the expected margins for these stores? FINAL DELIVERABLE: We are looking for a complete report that fully answers these questions, with each of these questions having their own section of the report. We have attached relevant source material for better understanding our products and business. This report should be easy to follow, and clearly layout the pros and cons of the goal of expanding into these larger stores.
