I thoroughly enjoyed working with KDIT Solutions. Pranjal was clear about his vision and goals and very open and communicative in explaining the intricacies of his application. I truly appreciate the opportunity Pranjal provided, giving me valuable real-world experience in presenting our design solutions. His guidance and transparency made the collaboration both educational and rewarding.

My team was assigned to work with KDIT solutions on a testing management product. We worked collaboratively and supported each other every step of the way. We made sure to stick to a regular Zoom call each week (once among the team, and another with the client). It was nice we all had different backgrounds coming into the project. Aran had previous design experience in a different arena and Regine provided lots of insight into the way project management tools work. Our client was super supportive of our efforts and spent time explaining to us his thought process, vision, and the journey of his product - as well as logistical information in regards to the information hierarchy of similar products. Overall, it was a great experience working with the team and our client.

Our students helped KDIT to establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that aligns with ISO 27001:2022 standards. They developed 13 unique ISMS rules using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to improve the organization's security posture by implementing controls, designing policies, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing continuous improvement methods. Our students performed risk assessment by conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on their servers and provided feedback and suggestions for remediations. This project perfectly aligned with our students' knowledge in cybersecurity, allowed them to boost their skills in a real-world scenario. Working with KDIT helped them to get acquainted with the Canadian workspace, learn project management and collaboration in a team environment and taught them to deliver in a timely manner.

Engaging in projects alongside Mr. Dutta was truly distinctive, offering a wealth of professional wisdom that has profoundly influenced my growth. Additionally, his mentorship fostered a supportive environment, encouraging both personal and career development, making it an unforgettable and transformative experience.

It was quite an eye opening experience for us(the students and I) working with an IT company. The business owner was not available all the time we requested for and could not get enough documents to get the work done. this gave the students the boost to do more research into industry especially concerning the project at hand. this turned around to be very enriching because we were able to provide adequate insight to what the business needed to do, going forward. In the end, I believe the students learnt the need to consult with many variable and look into overall market forces as one engages in innovation.
