โบ My name is Yahya Saqib, and I am a second-year undergraduate student pursuing a BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) degree at the Schulich School of Business.

โบ With my empathetic and caring skills, I have worked with various age groups to deliver entertainment (Summer Camp Councillor) by creating engaging activities such as arts and crafts to keep children occupied.

โบ During my undergrad and future internships, I would love to learn about corporate recruiting, HR consulting, and how talent management works.
โบ I want to learn how talent acquisition specialists use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) systems and job platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to sort through resumes, cover letters, and video interviews to source candidates.
โบ I want to learn about how resumes and cover letters are screened and how successful candidates are onboarded to have a smooth transition when starting their first day at the company.
โบ I would also love to attend job fairs and recruitment events as an intern to help others understand why X company stands out from the rest and deal with multiple conversations happening at once.

Digital Content Creative Writing 1
We would like students to help us with creating digital marketing content in the form of blog articles, social media posts and email newsletter copy. The articles and other content will be based on topics we will provide for you. These will cover a broad range of subjects related to our niche of RVing, light truck parts and accesspries, camping and boating. They could be related either to the parts we sell or to the recreational/outdoor lifestyle and related activities. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. In addition to the articles, social media posts will need to be provided to promote the article. Finally, we require copy to be written for our email newsletters.
Sales Representative - with Commission
Cayop is determined to connect youth to latest opportunities (non-formal education or employment). This includes internships, hackathons, student competitions, funding for youth initiatives, and conferences/forums. As a Sales Representative, your job will be to reach out to organizations and firms that have an active opportunity that they can post on Cayop. This includes internships, hackthons, conferences/forums, funding programs, youth council positions etc. You will also work on developing a proposal for organizations to get annual subscription with Cayop. Orientation and on-going support will be provided. You will also get commission (20% of sales) for any single posts or monthly subscription. Fors monthly/annual subscriptions, the commission only applies for the first month's amount, and is not recurring.
Digital Content Creation/ Repurposing for YouTube Channel
We would like students to help us with repurposing content for our YouTube channel. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for the channel, including research, video creation & editing, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you'd like to explore video content creation, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
