I am a student at TAWC at Baypath University majoring in Food Science and Safety. I have been married to my husband for over six years. We plan to have children someday. When I finish my schooling I plan to become a Health Inspector. Cooking comes naturally to me and I have mastered my craft, but when I am fascinated by food science. I have enjoyed studying and learning about what happens to food before and after it is produced. In my WEL440AZ3 class, we did a project about Gender diversity with a company called ISAW. It is an accelerated company that is working to find common ground for women of all ages, races, and sexual orientations. It was called the Riipen Project where we explored many gender diversities in the workplace, and how women differ from men in certain companies.
