A wonderful and pleasant individual to work and interact with, Crystal assigns high-impact and quality assignments to anyone working for her. Being an early-stage company, there's a lot of moving parts and ambiguity so calibrate expectations accordingly. However this is highly rewarding when you crack open real problems.

Very unique company that provides new insights and perspectives both for "clients" and for interns like myself. Manager was very understanding, kind, and easy to work with, while still balancing necessary check-ins and feedback.
