Positions available: 4 (two teams of two OR four individuals)

We want to ensure that our new employees are blown away by our onboarding practices. We want to make sure that we outshine industry competitors and prepare our new employees for long-term success. In addition to being more compelling than our competition, we would like our onboarding process to uphold our company culture, accelerate the learning curve, and increase retention.

Students should be prepared to:

  • Research our existing onboarding practices to determine their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Research the onboarding practices of competitors.
  • Research what onboarding components are most impactful for new employees.
  • Develop a standardized onboarding plan that achieves our goals.

Mentorship

We will provide ongoing mentorship to anyone working on the project. When the team is created, we will develop a project plan and charter with a timeline and commitments agreed to by everyone.
