Once the website is updated, we need assistance in developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and email campaign that leverages our proprietary CRM with over 100K contacts. This campaign will be instrumental in driving traffic to our site, attracting potential new members, and expanding our membership.
Website Development:
- Collaborate with my team to understand our brand identity, mission, and target audience.
- Review the current WordPress website and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop new website pages that accurately reflect the community and mission of the organization.
- Ensure the website's design is user-friendly, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive.
- Integrate relevant plugins, widgets, and features to enhance functionality.
- Optimize the website's SEO to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
- Test the website across different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Digital Marketing Strategy and Email Campaign:
- Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the digital marketing efforts.
- Create engaging and relevant content for the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote the website and attract potential new members.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of the email campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Guidance and Instruction:
