researchWe want to ensure we have up-to-date HR practices and procedures. We want to make sure that we outshine industry competitors and help our employees achieve success with the support of an HR function. In addition to being more compelling than our competition, we would like our HR policies and procedures to uphold our company culture, accelerate the learning curve, and increase retention.
Students should be prepared to:
- Research our existing HR practices to determine their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Research the HR practices of competitors.
- Research what HR components are most impactful for our employees.
- Develop a standardized HR policies and procedures manual.
Project Hours and Teams:
• Either two teams of two OR 4 Individuals
• Total of 320 Hours
Once a team is created, we will develop a project plan and determine the level of supervision, goals, etc. based on everyone's needs. We will provide ongoing mentorship for the duration of the project.
