The goal of this project is to design an effective and efficient marketing plan to bring in more new patients to Dakota Dental. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching the dental industry and understanding Dakota Dental’s competitive landscape.

- Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy with objectives, target audiences, and tactics.

- Creating a budget for the marketing plan and outlining the timeline for implementation.

- Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, and social media.

- Creating content and campaigns for the digital marketing strategy.

- Developing a plan for measuring and tracking the success of the marketing plan.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the dental industry and Dakota Dental’s competitive landscape.

- Comprehensive marketing strategy with objectives, target audiences, and tactics.

- Budget for the marketing plan and timeline for implementation.

- Comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, and social media.

Final deliverables should include:

- A comprehensive marketing plan with objectives, target audiences, tactics, budget, timeline, and measurement plan.

- All source code for the digital marketing strategy.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

Staff time - discussing with owners and office manager, access to tools and technology, and access to data, contact with original marketing agency and previous marketing histor.

After work hours, weekends available.
