The goal of this project is to create and execute a digital marketing campaign to launch My Little Tribe, a web app that connects families with private childcare professionals ( nannies, home daycares and kids sitters). Using the Lean Business Plan as a supported document will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing a comprehensive marketing plan ( customer acquisition, Marketing funnel). - Creating engagement for the website's social media platforms. - Designing and launching digital ads and communication campaigns. -Identify and Initiate first contact with potential customers and partners - Tracking and analyzing the performance of the campaign. -Identify community partners and develop a sponsorship package

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. My Little Tribe is Social Enterprise on a mission to facilitate the parental journey by allowing parents to book private childcare services ''à la Carte'' while building a community along the way. We also plan to expand access to Mental Health Support and Healthy nutrition. Our Startup is set up to launch in January 2023 and currently working on our Launch Marketing Strategy. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
