Client communication: Ways to communicate besides email, what are the latest trends in client communication, i.e. videos explainers, etc. It would be helpful to have guidance on how to communicate to get answers from clients, interests, etc digitally. New sales ideas and approaches for the Millennials and decision makers. 2. Webinar development and execution: Marketing ideas on topics that are of value with a younger workforce, diverse workforce What are the new jobs and how we as a training company can fit into that with our offerings. A market analysis for Professional Development training 3. Assistance with marketing live webinars: Social Media approaches, i.e. what Ads work best on LinkedIn or other social media platforms, advertising practises and approaches for now and after the pandemic. 4. Pricing for virtual presentations b2b and b to consumer: Analysis of what training companies are charging and how they are getting top dollars or competitive pricing for our work. What are the consumer expectations when it comes to training, paying for it themselves, habits, etc. 5. New marketing strategies with digital communications are a few that come to mind: Post pandemic what will work and what doesn’t when it comes to marketing Analysis of where are the buyers in companies, what are they looking for 6. New ways to build a client database using video and other social media platforms business is using: If you have an existing client base how can you build on to that Training companies to use contact forms for free advice, what other marketing options are they and what is most effective.
Market Strategy & Research for Consulting Firm (MBA/4th year)
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for small teams of 3 or 4. We are looking for MBA or 4th-year students with exceptional written communication skills, organization skills, and social media savvy to help our consulting firm market and sell our virtual, live and packaged courses through Linkedin presentations or sponsorships. The primary focus for the student will be: Market Research & Strategic Implementation - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for (new or existing product or service); develop a pricing strategy ; identify expansion opportunities such as in-demand webinars and new customer segments ; identify key messaging for (new product or service). Prospecting Strategy - Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - For the students to help us generate more traffic and revenue through search engines. Channel Evaluation- Determining the best channels to promote presentations and course content. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Overall Hybrid Strategy to sell virtual and live presentations - for expanding the reach of virtual presentations to professionals from all sectors, monetizing our offerings and determining best ways to market the products. Market Research - For the students to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing align with our target sector/customer. Prospecting Strategy - For the students to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our presentation sales potential sponsorship partners. Positions available: 1 team of 3-4 person Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for small teams of 3 or 4. We are looking for MBA or 4th-year students with exceptional written communication skills and social media savvy to help our consulting firm establish a strong digital presence. The primary focus for the student will be: Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create a rebranding campaign. Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads. Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Transitioning live events to a virtual application - Expanding the reach of webinars to professionals from all sectors and monetizing our offerings. Branding and Marketing Communications - For the students to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - For the students to help us generate more traffic and revenue through search engines. Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the students to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content. Webinar Assistant for Consulting Firm (MBA/4th year)
We are looking for MBA or 4th-year students with exceptional written communication skills and social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to help our consulting firm expand our network for online events. The project work would involve assistance with: Strategic marketing to launch a successful webinar offering, especially content creation and summary/handouts/resources Utilizing tools and channels that will provide a wide reach for potential clients and streamline the sign-up process for clarity and an improved customer experience Researching trends and implementing ideas for relevant professional development topics to professionals in the current business environment Collecting event feedback and discovering customer insights and the most effective pricing for market segments
