Conducting market research on students

Study space is an application that allows students to find their ideal study spaces. While we have an idea of the general direction of the application, we need help from students to tell us what aspects of the application we should focus on. The student is expected to conduct research using surveys to gather information about their campus and the characteristics involving study spaces on their campus. By the end of the project, we expect a formatted report on their research and a presentation on potentials they find for the project.

Ensemble Business Development Project

The main goal of this project is to help Ensemble figure out pricing and internal finances. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing Ensemble's existing financial data. - Developing a pricing strategy that is competitive and profitable. - Researching other variables that can affect pricing. - Optimizing financial processes and assessing areas for improvement. - Accounting for additional variables in the pricing strategy. - Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.

UI/UX design for a study space finder

After conducting research on University students, we have found that a considerable amount of them struggle to find an ideal study space. Some issues we have identified are lighting, general occupancy, and noise level. To solve this issue, our team has decided to build a platform for students to find their ideal study space, based on their preferences. The study space can range from libraries and Campus buildings, all the way to parks and cafes.
