The main goal for the project is to conduct market research and positioning for the new health food product made from upcycled coffee fruit.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and demand for health food products.


- Analyzing the competitive landscape to identify potential positioning strategies for the new product.


- Developing a marketing strategy and positioning plan for the new health food product.


- Identifying potential distribution channels and target market segments for the product.


- Formulating launch plan for the new product, including pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A market research report outlining consumer preferences, trends, and demand for health food products.


- An analysis of the competitive landscape with potential positioning strategies for the new product.


- Marketing strategy and positioning plan for the new health food product.


- Identification of potential distribution channels and target market segments.


- A launch plan for the new product, including pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including the market research, competitive analysis, marketing strategy, positioning plan, and launch plan.


- A presentation explaining all research and findings from the report.


Mentorship

All company resources for successful completion of the project including access to paid accounts and learning resources from the Project Lead.


Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project via Zoom meetings, phone and emails.
