The main goal for the project is to integrate current podcast episodes onto Youtube in order to reach a wider audience and optimize the episodes for Youtube. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Uploading current podcast episodes to Youtube.


- Creating artwork for each episode to be used as visual content on Youtube.


- Creating tags and optimizing the episodes on Youtube for better visibility and reach.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Uploaded all current podcast episodes to Youtube.


- Created artwork for each episode to be used on Youtube.


- Created tags and optimized the episodes on Youtube for better visibility and reach.



Final deliverables:


- All source materials including uploaded episodes, artwork, and tags.


- A report explaining the process of integration and the outcomes.


-SOPS created so that procedures can be followed for future episodes


Mentorship

To support student educators in completing the project, I will provide various resources and mentorship throughout the process. This includes:

  • Regular staff time allocated for guidance, feedback, and mentoring sessions.
  • Access to relevant tools and technology necessary for project completion, such as educational software, research databases, and presentation tools.
  • Providing access to relevant data sources and research materials to aid in project development and implementation.
  • Offering guidance on project planning, research methodologies, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Facilitating discussions and brainstorming sessions to help students refine their ideas and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Providing feedback on project drafts and presentations to ensure alignment with project objectives and academic standards.
  • Being available for one-on-one consultations to address individual student concerns and provide personalized support as needed.

Overall, my support will be comprehensive and tailored to the needs of the students, ensuring they have the necessary resources, guidance, and mentorship to successfully complete the project and achieve their learning objectives.
