Ancestral Hands Midwives is looking for assistance fundraising to support our mission: to reduce racial disparities in maternal outcomes and improve the experiences and outcomes for Black people during the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods. As all non profit organizations, we are always looking for funding to sustain our organization and we would love your help.

We're looking for students to help us create a sponsorship package

The project includes:

• Research sponsorship opportunities and best practices
• Research funders in which we meet criteria and create a master list of potential sponsors
• Draft sponsorship letter templates
• Create a sponsorship package (with guidance)

Deliverables:

• Master list of potential sponsors
• A complete sponsorship package that includes:

1. Info about our organization
2. Description of the benefits of sponsorship
3. List of sponsorship levels, costs and rewards
4. Email communication templates

• Familiarize yourself with the organization's mission, vision and values by reading provided documents
• Research sponsorship best practices
• Organize and synthesize research into a master list of potential sponsors
• Synthesize your learning and creativity into a visually appealing and complete sponsorship package that aligns with our brand.

We will provide ongoing support to students and conduct weekly check-ins. We will provide resources such as organization materials and other related content.
