The main goal for the project is to continue the UI design for the Searchless web app, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for job seekers and hiring companies using conversational AI. This will involve building on the previous project to further enhance the UI design and overall user experience.

This includes reviewing the existing design framework and actual user interface designs, incorporating feedback from users, conducting studies with uses, and implementing the findings from all of this work into refreshed designs.

Along the way, instruction and direction will be given, however this is an opportunity for the student to show leadership and take initiative in the direction of the designs, based on their course learnings and extracurricular study, as well as additional research throughout the project.

- Reviewing and analyzing the existing UI design and user feedback from the previous project.

- Collaborating with the Searchless team to identify areas for improvement and new features to be integrated into the UI design.

- Developing wireframes and prototypes for new sections of the app.

- Conducting user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on the UI design and ensure it meets the needs of job seekers and hiring companies.

- Iterating throughout the entire process not just in terms of design, but in approach to research with continual learnings from either coursework and/or extracurricular findings in best practices.

- Delivering a final UI design package with detailed design specifications and assets for implementation.

- Student will upload samples of their design work in a visual format (e.g. PDF); however, some elements may need to be redacted for confidentiality purposes. This will be discussed with the team in advance of submitting final work.

- Student will also upload a summary of the methods used, approach, process, and key learnings from the project.

Access to our communication tools, along with ongoing support from co-founders. This includes challenging the student with new ideas, and giving guidance for where to take each element of the project.

We will also have weekly meetings to ensure the work of the student is aligned with the direction of the rest of the team.
