Details

Project: Human City is seeking to enhance user experience across its three mobile applications by developing a comprehensive IT help desk system. The primary goal is to streamline the process of filing, ticketing, and resolving user complaints, ensuring efficient communication and feedback to users. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of IT systems, user interface design, and customer service processes. The help desk system should be intuitive, user-friendly, and capable of handling a variety of user issues. By implementing this system, Project: Human City aims to improve user satisfaction and app reliability, ultimately contributing to the overall success of its mobile platforms.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a fully functional IT help desk system integrated with the three mobile apps. This system should feature a user-friendly interface for filing complaints, an efficient ticketing system for tracking issues, and a feedback mechanism to communicate resolutions to users. Additionally, documentation detailing the system's architecture and user guidelines should be provided.
