Are you a passionate, creative individual with a love for beauty and influencer marketing? Looking to leverage and expand your skills with a dynamic team? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!


We are currently looking to hire an intern to assist with our marketing strategy. You will be actively involved in various aspects of our marketing initiatives, such as:

  • Creating engaging short videos for TikTok and Reels
  • Writing SEO-driven blog posts
  • Searching for and engaging with influencers
  • Setting up pop-up stores
  • Implementing Email marketing
  • Developing a User Generated Content (UGC) strategy
  • Creating influencer marketing strategies
  • PR Strategy Development and media outreach
  • Social Media and Google Ads Creation



Deliverables

As a marketing intern at Che Naildid, your daily activities will be diverse and dynamic, reflecting the multifaceted nature of our marketing strategies and the fast-paced environment of the beauty industry. Here's a glimpse into your daily tasks:


  • Content Creation: Daily, you'll brainstorm and create content for our social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and our company blog. This involves generating ideas, crafting short scripts or outlines, and possibly even filming or designing the content pieces.


  • Social Media Management: You will monitor our social media channels, engage with our audience through comments and direct messages, and analyze the performance of our posts. Keeping an eye on trends and updating our content calendar accordingly is also a crucial part of your day.


  • Influencer Outreach: Each day, dedicate time to research and reach out to potential new influencers and partners. This includes drafting emails, making follow-up calls, and setting up meetings to discuss potential collaborations.


  • Market Research: Conduct daily market research to stay informed about the latest trends in the beauty industry, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for Che Naildid. This information will help inform our marketing strategies and content creation.


  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and other content aimed at engaging our subscriber base.


  • Data Analytics: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze the performance of our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for compiling reports and presenting findings to the marketing team.

  • Social Media and Google Ads Creation: A crucial component of our digital marketing strategy involves crafting compelling ads for social media platforms and Google. The right candidate will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Management: Setting up and managing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. This includes budget allocation, scheduling, and analysis to ensure maximum ROI.


Promotional Planning

To boost Che Naildid's visibility and consumer engagement further, we are devising an innovative promotional plan that strategically leverages various marketing channels. The objective is to generate buzz, drive sales, and solidify our position in the premium press-on nails market. The promotional planning will encompass:

  • Seasonal Campaigns: Launching time-sensitive promotions aligned with seasonal trends, holidays, and notable beauty industry events. These campaigns will be designed to capture the attention of our target audience when they are most receptive to shopping and trying new products.
  • Exclusive Discounts and Offers: Implementing exclusive discounts and offers for our online community and email subscribers. This tactic not only rewards our loyal customers but also encourages new customers to make their first purchase.
  • Limited-Edition Releases: Introducing limited-edition press-on nail designs to create a sense of urgency and exclusivity. These releases will be heavily promoted across our social media platforms and through influencer partnerships to maximize visibility.
  • Giveaways and Contests: Organizing giveaways and contests on social media to increase engagement and reach. Participants will be encouraged to share our content, tag friends, and follow our accounts to enter, thereby amplifying our brand exposure organically.
  • Customer Loyalty Program: Developing a customer loyalty program that rewards repeat purchases and brand advocacy. This program will offer points for various actions, including purchases, reviews, and referrals, which can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or exclusive offers.

  • Canva: Master the art of creating captivating visual content with Canva. You'll learn to design everything from social media graphics to promotional materials that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Shopify: Gain practical experience with Shopify, understanding the intricacies of e-commerce platform management, from setting up an online store to optimizing product listings and managing transactions.
  • Klaviyo: Enhance your email marketing skills with Klaviyo, focusing on creating engaging campaigns, automating email sequences, and analyzing performance to drive conversions.
  • Jasper: Explore the power of AI in content creation with Jasper. This tool will enable you to produce high-quality content efficiently, from blog posts to social media updates, tailored to our audience's interests and needs.
  • SEMrush: Delve into the world of SEO and online visibility with SEMrush. Learn how to conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and track website performance to improve our online presence.
  • Google Analytics: A fundamental tool for any marketer, Google Analytics will be an essential part of your internship. Through hands-on experience, you'll learn to interpret and utilize web analytics to understand audience behaviors, track website traffic patterns, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This knowledge will inform strategic decisions, enabling you to optimize our digital presence and improve campaign performance across all platforms.
