This project will enable the company to have a clear roadmap, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with effective marketing strategies. The learners will apply their classroom knowledge in project management, budgeting, and marketing to create a detailed and actionable timeline. This project will involve analyzing current project data, forecasting future needs, and proposing a cohesive plan that aligns with the company's goals.
