We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. This project will focus on targeting potential customers, specifically retailers.
The project will be considered complete once the student has developed an exhaustive list of potential retailers, filtered by our target regions, that we can later approach as new customers. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
The student will have direct access to the founder and can set up daily check-ins to help answer any questions about the research or direction.
