We are developing a marketplace sync tool, our web application is hosted on a server and uses a database, we need to ensure that our database is secured and the application has high-security ratings, also we need to ensure that the server resources are secured.
This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:
- Analyzing the existing security measures of our company and creating/offering suggestions for our security policy
- Analyzing networks and systems and assessing areas for improvement
- Researching other security measures that can be implemented
- Review the process for vulnerability testing and help develop any best proactive policies to keep up with the current cybersecurity landscape
- Detecting and analyzing any incidents, reviewing incident reporting, and creating an incident response plan
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
