training and development workforce management managementAs our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We want someone to come and help keep track of our HR processes and tools as we continue to grow.
We want to use this opportunity to get the HR resource to help us create and customize systems and processes for our recruiting and hiring process along with onboarding. Additionally setting up our payroll, workforce management tool, and training and development foundation to help our employees easily navigate through our company.
Through this collaboration, we would like to accomplish the following key tasks
Build a new recruitment and interview process for our HR team along with documentation based on the roadblocks discovered while using our current method.
Aid with the onboarding process to ensure all employees are set up for success from day 1.
Implement our tools and documentation for employee development and aid with organizing the training.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- Interview and Recruitment Document along with easy to manage process for future HR team members
- Onboarding portal with all resources in a central data repository for easy access
- Talent and development templates and tools for managers to easily track progress
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Additionally we will connect the student with other HR mentors in the industry to help them get first hand knowledge on how to build these systems and processes in place. We will set up regular check points and give very clear and specific tasks to ensure we hit all the 3 key milestones of this project.
