Shoo-Foo has been on the market since 2007. When we launched the company, our goal was to help introduce bamboo textile into the home linens market. Today, Shoo-Foo advertises a small collection of eco sustainable home textile products online. We are in the process of re-positioning the brand as the go-to brand for natural fibers at home.


We wish to work with a student who is familiar with using AI in the context of digital marketing & social media and wish to deepen and broaden their knowledge in this field.


The objective of this project is to create and implement AI systems that will integrate with our sales & marketing channels and generate a comprehensive 6-months social media calendar plus efficient email marketing sequences.


The social media calendar will effectively engage the target audience, promote the brand’s values and products, and drive traffic to the business's website.


Phase II:

The Phase II of this project will involve reviewing the comprehensive website audit made during Phase I, developing & implementing strategies to drive more traffic and improve the user experience and ultimately improve significantly the KPIs performance of the site.


The goal is to develop a data-driven approach to digital marketing and site performance and being able to achieve measurable improvements in website performance.


Key tasks include:

1- reviewing the comprehensive website audit and identify the major technical and content-related issues of the site.

2- Developing and implementing a digital strategy to improve the various KPIs

This digital strategy may include

  • The creation and promotion of engaging content to attract and retain website visitors.
  • Using social media platforms to drive traffic to the website.

3-Monitoring and analyzing website KPIs analytics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Analysis: Use the GPT to perform:

  • Social media data analysis
  • Content gap analysis


Content Strategy : Use built GPT to:

  • Create a comprehensive brand style guide for Shoo-Foo
  • Develop influencer marketing proposals.
  • Create a customer testimonial campaign.
  • Define key messaging themes and content pillars that resonate with the target audience.
  • ο»Ώο»Ώο»ΏDetermine the appropriate tone of voice and style for social media communication.


Content Creation: Use built GPT to:

  • Generate lead magnet ideas.
  • Map out a 6-month social media calendar, detailing the timing, frequency, and type of content to be posted on each platform.
  • Generate ideas and write draft copy for social posts. Balance promotional content with informative and engaging posts to maintain audience interest.
  • Create Email marketing sequences.


Competition analysis

  • Analyse competitors landing pages and SEO marketing strategies.
  • Research current trends and best practices in eco-friendly products marketing and forest conservation campaigns.


The Phase II of the project will result in a set of actionable recommendations and implemented strategies aimed at increasing Shoo-Foo Eco Linens' website traffic and conversion rate.

The deliverables will include:

-      A list of the major technical and content-related issued that need to be addressed to improve site performance and conversion rate

-      A digital strategy plan aimed at improving the website performance and conversion rate.

-      A social media engagement plan with specific actions to drive traffic.

-      A final report summarizing the impact of the implemented strategies, including analytics data showing changes in website traffic and conversion rates.
