GET Payroll Solutions is the parent company for North Star Payroll, a payroll processing software. North Star Payroll is developing a new employee service offering called Comp Hub. This new service will offer employees the chance to design their own compensation plan based on the parameters set out by their employer, something not currently offered in the market today.
The project scope is to make a detailed plan on how we are going to roll out these features in the form of a presentation that we can deliver to both investors in the project as well as to potential customers. To do this we will need to validate the key features, research if we might be missing much needed/wanted features; identify our target market (industry/sector); gather intel on our direct and indirect competitors; develop a marketing strategy and create our sales/revenue model.

- The final project plan should involve a clear and detailed business implementation plan including a pitch deck to present to potential investors, stakeholders, and potential customers..

The coordination and management of data sets involved in payroll processing are suitable for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The integration of these tools into payroll processing will allow for automation of the process, reduce human input error, and move the payroll function from transactional to strategical within the company. We are always looking for ways to improve the flow of information as well as finding innovations in the payroll and compensation areas.
