The main goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive business plan that will provide a clear roadmap for Nomobo's future growth and success. The DBA student will work to identify Nomobo's goals, establish an operational structure that supports those goals, develop effective strategies for achieving them, and provide financial projections that will help guide decision-making. By the end of the project, we expect to have a detailed plan that will enable Nomobo to expand its reach, increase profitability, and continue to provide innovative solutions for underarm odor and microbiome health.

To successfully complete the project and achieve the goal of developing a comprehensive business plan, the DBA student will need to undertake the following tasks:

1. Conduct a thorough analysis of Nomobo's current operations, including its organizational structure, supply chain, and financial performance.
2. Identify Nomobo's short- and long-term goals, and develop a strategic plan for achieving them.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, evaluate competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
4. Develop financial projections that consider revenue, expenses, and potential investments or financing options.
5. Identify operational challenges and opportunities, and develop a plan to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
6. Develop a marketing plan that targets Nomobo's ideal customer base and effectively communicates the benefits of the product.
7. Develop a risk management plan that addresses potential challenges and outlines strategies for mitigating them.

To support the DBA student in completing the project, we will provide the following:

1. Access to relevant company documents and data to facilitate research and analysis.
2. Regular meetings with the student to discuss project goals, provide feedback, and ensure that the business plan aligns with Nomobo's vision.
3. Access to our leadership team and other relevant stakeholders for interviews and consultation as needed.
4. Support in identifying relevant industry contacts or potential partners for market research or other purposes.
5. Access to any relevant tools or technologies that may be necessary for completing the project.
