It will connect to the Google Maps API and collect all date from there.
The UX/UI and all design have been completed.
This platform will have the backend and database completed, as well as frontend design.
We need an intern or class to set up the frontend code in REACT Native as well as put it on AWS and connect the the backend and DB.
The mobile app should allow a user to search locations and directions, and interact with it for severe weather warnings.
Other functions are all spelled out in our documentation and include showing locations on a map, connecting to Google Maps API, creating screens, and knowing REACT Native, a language our students usually learn through doing and has proven to be easily absorbed.
Our platform is to be hosted by AWS, an easy to learn cloud platform hosting company.
We have had great success with students and professionals alike learning to use AWS.
