Canadian Sector 1:  You will be honing in on your analytical and soft skills to strategically develop our partnership network and the expansion of our business operations Canada-wide.


Overview: Our team is looking for students who are interested in learning more and getting practical work experience in the exciting field of sales strategy, operations, and business development! This is project is great for a student seeking real-world experience to complement their future career. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn, create, and practice using the tools used to execute a successful business development campaign with Executive Management. If you wish to put your analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to the test, then this opportunity is perfect for you!


Mission: Being a part of this project also means that you will be a part of the Workden Team, playing an important role in its' innovative mission to help empower local businesses, supporting community development, mental health of remote workers, and driving sustainability by repurposing how our society uses commercial real estate. We look forward to working with future candidates on this exciting project!

Deliverables

Personal and professional growth is of the utmost importance to us and is embedded in our company culture. Therefore, we will ensure that the student has a clear understanding of what it takes to accomplish these objectives and be there every step of the way! We also welcome the student's creativity; suggesting exciting ideas and working with the CEO, VP Operations, and Director of Creative Marketing to make it happen:


  • Execute and manage a prospective partners qualification campaign
  • Collate and analyze findings and data inputs
  • Conduct a strategic recommendation and provide to Executive Management


Student Deliverables for Project Campaign:


  • Review the prospective partner leads assigned to student from sector’s territory, devise an outreach workflow in Google Spreadsheet provided
  • Prospective partner qualification through strategic screening questions provided, approximately 300-320 leads, entering data findings into Google Spreadsheet 
  • Upon completion of prospective partner qualification, conduct a strategic evaluation and provide a one-page Top 5 recommendation for each neighbourhood (approximately 4-5) with sector to Executive Management
Mentorship

The students will have direct guidance & mentorship from the CEO, VP Operations, and Director of Marketing. We welcome personal & professional growth and we will be there for you every step of the way!
