We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.
The project would also entail doing a market research analysis on all the different types of customers that are available for us to target and our current competitors in each region along with building our database with all potential leads. The project will require reaching out to potential customers and getting strategic information as we look to grow.
The projects key goal is to help build our CRM database and aggregate key information about retailers, restaurants and hospitality businesses as potential customers.
The final deliverable is more around a presentation to the founder of the company. This would give us a list of all potential customers in a specific region who are their current wholesale providers and their contact information such as phone, email etc.. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
The student will have direct access to the founder and can set up daily check-ins to help answer any questions about the research or direciton.
