researchOur company has a course we sell. We'd like to ensure our product is not duplicated or ideas stolen, and are looking for someone to create and review our terms of service.
By the end of the project, students should submit final terms of service (along with any source materials such as background research, references, etc) that demonstrates:
- All clauses are included that protect our product
- All clauses are applicable in Canada and the USA
- Recommended next steps for our organization
- Suggestions to recommended clauses and TOS
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Current product understanding
- Current landscape understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter
- Policies and clauses are updated
Will always be available by email, weekly zoom call meeting.
