Details

Develop a product requirements document describing a feature or improvement that responds to a business problem of our choosing.

You would be taking a product feature/improvement from our product roadmap from a 1 -liner stage to 1 pager stages and then to a full product specification document (which involves doing impact estimates, wire-framing, and through breakdown of Use cases for development)

You are expected to deliver the assigned product feature/improvement's 1 pager and full spec documents!

Deliverables

A product requirements document covering:

  1. Research into the issue, including internal stakeholder feedback, customer feedback, data and market research.
  2. Any assumptions being made.
  3. Intended outcomes, and the metrics that will be used to track that outcome.
  4. Requirements documented as user stories, with specification on the requirements and implementation of each.
  5. No designs are expected, but wireframes can be included.
Mentorship

I will be assisting the participants by being an available mentor! with meetings on a weekly basis! and I would also review and provide guidance on their work!
