The main goal for the project is to discover the ideal customer persona for CaffeBerry.co's new health food with Coffee fruit. This will involve creating storyboards and user journeys to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of potential customers. The project aims to identify whether the target audience is gym goers, health enthusiasts, or environmentally conscious individuals.


Deliverables


- Conduct research on gym goers, health enthusiasts, and environmentally conscious individuals to understand their demographics, psychographics, and behaviors.


- Create storyboards and user journeys to visualize the customer experience and identify pain points and opportunities for the new health food product.


- Analyze the data collected to identify commonalities and differences between the three potential customer personas.


- Develop detailed profiles for each ideal customer persona, including their motivations, goals, and preferences.


- Present the findings and recommendations based on the discovered ideal customer persona.


Mentorship

Mentorship will be offered to the students from the COO via email and Zoom calls either weekly or as-needed basis
