Since getting our charitable status late last year, we are keen to find a model that can help us grow our organizational capacity, ideally supported but not dependent on large grants with short-term cycles.

Our goals include:

  • Developing a clear donor relations strategy that can grow our monthly donor base;
  • Determining a communications strategy that will help us talk to potential corporate sponsors (tactics could include the "pitch" and slide decks);
  • A road map for how we can create captivating events (online or offline) that could act as lead generators for potential monthly or one-time donors.
