Are you a proactive individual with a passion for digital platforms and project management? We are seeking an intern to help us expand our presence across various platforms for our diverse brands.


This role requires a disciplined approach to project management and a keen interest in turning our well-formed visions into reality. Tasks include marketing and promoting our brands in unique and memorable ways, conducting market research to understand best practices, writing engaging copy, choosing effective hashtags and tags, and coordinating activities across all platforms with other team members.



Project goal: Preparation of materials and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategy, commitments, and goals.



Deliverables
  • Content creation (graphics & copy; videos; photos) for promotional use
  • Growing followers and engaging the community
  • Learning and implementing paid advertising
  • Identifying and implementing unique promotions to grow engagement and followers
  • Outreach to prospective partners, influencers, collaborators, etc.
  • Understanding all relevant guidelines and industry requirements
  • Creating and implementing a communication calendar
  • Coordinating with other team members and organizing deliverables
  • Writing, editing, and sending out communications
  • Maintaining project tracking sheets, results reporting, analytics, etc.
  • Reviewing analytics to identify traffic-enhancing activities
  • Implementing re-targeting and pixels
  • Conducting research and/or reviewing materials to understand various tools, systems, and processes
  • Conducting pre- and post-project evaluations and reporting on outcomes
  • Researching the market, identifying opportunities, and generating interest
  • Identifying and incorporating trends


Upon the submission of their final work, students are required to compile comprehensive documentation. This may include the research conducted throughout their internship, content created for social media and advertising purposes and the plan system created to implementing promotions or other new strategies for social media engagement.


Mentorship

We provide applicants with designated meeting dates to articulate their weekly work schedule and allocate time for addressing any inquiries or concerns related to the internship. Moreover, we cultivate a transparent communicative environment wherein interns have the opportunity to engage with team leads or HR representatives upon their request.
