Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand and resonates with our target audience
• Manage and execute social media campaigns from ideation to execution
• Use images and videos provided by our team to create visually appealing social media content
• Interact with customers on social media platforms to drive engagement and build relationships
• Monitor and report on social media metrics to continuously improve our social media strategy
• Collaborate with team members to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including ads

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Creative eye for visual content
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with digital marketing, including paid ads, is a plus

10. Keeping up-to-date with social media and digital marketing best practices and sharing new insights with the team.

1. Provide a comprehensive onboarding process: Provide a detailed overview of the project, including project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Also, ensure that the student has access to all necessary tools and resources required to complete the project.
2. Establish clear expectations: Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the student and ensure that they understand what is expected of them.
3. Encourage questions and feedback: Encourage the student to ask questions and provide feedback throughout the project. This will help to ensure that the project is aligned with the brand's goals and the student's learning objectives.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance: Offer guidance and mentorship to the student to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
5. Offer opportunities for growth and development: Provide opportunities for the student to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities throughout the project.
